If we have made a mistake in your order (sent you the wrong item, wrong color, wrong size, etc.), then we are very happy to send you the correct item, free of charge! Just contact our customer support with your order ID, and we will send you your new item. You can even keep the incorrect item!
Refunds are only eligible if they are requested before the order has shipped, or if the item is never received. Please allow for the appropriate shipping time for your country to pass before contacting our customer support. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issues!
